Heart Healthy ~ Tomato Basil Garlic Chicken Pita

First you boil the chicken breast tenderloins until fully cooked.
Put in a sauce pan with some spray or extra virgin olive oil.
Sprinkle Mrs Dash Seasoning and brown.
Add your chicken & anything else you want to the pita..
I added avacado, onions, and spinach.
Healthy, light.. Yumm!! :)
