First you boil your chicken.. this can be a small single portion or you can make it s a large dinner, so cook up as much skinless chicken breast as you would like.
Then add your vegis with non stick spray in another pan, and this is the same, use as many vegis as you would like. I added tomatos, bell peppers, onions, and squash. Saute them til they are browned.
Add the boiled chicken and stir fry all together and add Mrs Dash seasoning. I used Fiesta Lime, but they have TONS of great salt-free seasonings!!!
Cook it all together and you can eat it as a stir fry or get a 100% whole wheat tortilla and wrap it up.
