Gonna start Yoga..

I have been wanting to try Yoga for a long time.. But, just kept putting it off. I have heard that Yoga has sooo many benefits and helps with so many things. I have been allowing the everyday stress of being a single mom and trying to start a new business take it's tole on my body and many days I don't feel good because of this.. So, I am gonna give Yoga a try.. If any of you are familiar and have some tips for me, I would love to hear from you. Daisy girl.. <3

  4. I am a Yoga newbie but I LOVE it! It is surprisingly great exercise (especially if you do it with Jillian Michaels! LOL!) but it is also very relaxing and strengthening! Helps with flexibility and toning and definitely reduces stress (and who couldn't use help with all of those things, really?)

  5. I absolutely LOVE yoga!! It tones and trims your body in all the right places just perfectly, it helps you learn controlled breathing, it's relaxing yet your body gets a total burn. No to mention all the great things it does for your organs and mental sanity. LOL. I started doing yoga using The Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga with Bob Harper and still use it. It has 3 different levels, I highly recommend it. It's great!!!

    1. Hi Nicole!! Thanks so much for letting me know.. It makes me even more excited! I will for sure look into the Bob Harper Yoga.. I love him! I was told Jilian Michaels was good too.. I love them both.. So I might grab both and switch it up a bit.. Thanks again!! :)
